Delivered on your Incoterm, with the export side cleared.

Buying from India should not require you to build an import operation. We pack to the agreed standard, arrange the freight, prepare the export documents and ship to the Incoterm you choose.

  • EXW to DDP, agreed per order

Why this service exists

The part is only delivered when it clears the border and arrives at the address you named. Packing, freight, origin documents and the customs entry are part of the product, not an afterthought.

We work to the Incoterm you choose. The quotation states what is included and what stays with you, so the delivered cost is not a surprise at the port.

What the service covers

Export packing

Packing is agreed to a stated standard: export cartons or cases, anti-tarnish wrap for bare and plated copper, separators, desiccant where needed and labelling that matches the dispatch pack.

Freight and routing

Sea or air, port or airport, consolidated or direct. The route is chosen against the date, the value and the destination, and the cost is shown separately.

Export documentation

The commercial invoice, packing list, origin declaration and the compliance declarations your market needs are prepared before dispatch. The documents travel with the goods, not after them.

Tracking and delivery

The shipment is tracked to the Incoterm. For a consolidated order, the parts from several suppliers move under one dispatch pack and one status.

How a shipment is built

The delivery terms are agreed with the quotation, not at the port.

01

Agree the Incoterm

We confirm who books the freight, who clears customs, who pays duty and VAT, and where the risk transfers. The quotation states what is included.

02

Pack to the part

The packing standard follows the part and the route: anti-tarnish for copper, edge protection for busbars, moisture protection for sea freight.

03

Prepare the documents

Invoice, packing list, origin and compliance declarations are checked against the destination and the part before the goods move.

04

Ship and track

The shipment is booked, tracked and updated to the agreed delivery point. The dispatch pack is sent to you before or with the goods.

Questions buyers ask

Which Incoterms do you work to?+

EXW to DDP. The quotation states which costs are included. Under DAP you clear customs and pay import VAT; under DDP, duty and VAT are handled before delivery.

Do you consolidate parts from several suppliers?+

Yes. Parts from several suppliers can move under one shipment and one dispatch pack, with the origin and compliance documents for each part.

What documents come with the shipment?+

The commercial invoice, packing list and origin declaration, plus the RoHS, REACH and CBAM data the destination requires. The inspection record is part of the same dispatch pack.

Who pays import duty and VAT?+

Under DAP, you do. Under DDP, we handle duty and VAT before delivery. The quotation shows which basis applies so the landed cost is visible.

Can you pack for sea freight?+

Yes. Export packing is agreed to a stated standard, with anti-tarnish wrap for bare and plated copper and edge protection for busbars where the route needs it.
