Can you source parts outside your product list?+
Yes. We work as your procurement arm in India: we find and qualify suppliers for parts made to your drawing, approve samples against it, inspect before dispatch, and ship the parts with the rest of your order under one contract.
How is this different from a sourcing agent?+
A sourcing agent introduces you to suppliers and takes a commission; the contract and the risk stay with you. You buy from Qumek. We answer for the part, the price and the paperwork, and the quality problem is ours to solve.
Do you supply on a GST invoice?+
Yes. Every delivery comes with a GST e-invoice with HSN codes and an e-way bill, so you take input tax credit as normal.
Can you support our public tender local content?+
We provide local content details for the parts we supply, for your Class-I local supplier declaration.
Can you supply data for our exports?+
Yes. We supply RoHS and REACH declarations, supplier origin declarations and emissions data for aluminium and steel parts, for the equipment you sell to Europe and the UK.
Can we visit the production?+
Yes. You can visit the line with us before you approve samples.
Can you match a part we buy from another supplier?+
Yes. Send the drawing, and a sample if the drawing is incomplete. We tell you what can be held before we quote, then make samples for your approval.
Can you take a small order?+
Yes. Small, engineering-heavy batches are work we take, from prototype quantities upwards.
