Built for the drawing, not the catalogue.

Qumek began with a simple observation: buyers did not need another parts catalogue. They needed someone to take the drawing, make the part, measure it and get it to their line without a trail of surprises.

Most of the parts we make are small, precise and unglamorous: a lug that has to sit flat, a spring that has to hold its load, a stamping that cannot burr, a busbar whose holes must line up on site. They are the parts that decide whether an assembly goes together smoothly or becomes a line stoppage.

We work from the drawing first. Before quoting, we check the process, the material and the features that will be difficult to hold. The quotation separates metal, conversion, tooling, packing and freight, so the price is something you can examine rather than accept.

Manufacturing sits in India, close to the material and process clusters each part needs. Inspection happens against the drawing, with the record kept before dispatch. For buyers who need more than our own products, we also act as an India procurement arm: finding, qualifying and managing suppliers for the rest of the bill of materials, then shipping it all under one contract.

That is the whole idea. One drawing, one point of contact, one set of records, and a part that arrives the way it was specified.
